The space 🏔️ The Blue Ridge Parkway is a short drive from the house as well as Black Mountian. You can relax at the end of a long day exploring The Biltmore Estate in the Hot Tub or taking in the view from the deck. If you are looking to get away to nature but still be close to everything The Asheville Getaway Cabin is for you! Please note our home is located inside of a neighborhood with other homes across the street and next to it. *Must be 25 years or older to rent. **Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us. ———————————————————— *The Space: 🛌 There are three bedrooms in total. 1. Main Room King Bed 2. Guest Room King Bed 3. Guest Room Bunk Bed twin-size beds. PLEASE NOTE: The dishwasher on the main floor level is broken. The one in the kitchen downstairs is fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience. 🥘 *Kitchen: There are two full kitchens in the house. Both have full sized fridges, Electric stoves, microwaves, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. The main kitchen island seats up to 4 and the 2nd kitchen offers a table for two. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy! 🚿 *Bathrooms: Main Floor Bathroom— Walk-in shower Bottom Floor Bathroom- Shower tub combo. Is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths. Please note our indoor fireplace is NOT operational. Sorry for the inconvenience. 🧹 *Cleaning: Washer and dryer located in the downstairs closet, starter kit stock of paper towels, dishwashing soap, broom, and general cleaning supplies. There is a family dollar minutes away from the house if you need more supplies. 📺 *Entertainment: Smart TV in the main living room and bottom floor living room. Feel free to login to your favorite streaming devices. *Outside: The outside focus is the hot tub, fun, and relaxation! There is an outdoor lounge area with a large couch swing, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy. A hot tub and multiple decks offer many ways to relax throughout your stay. Trash in the mountains: Under ANY circumstances should any trash be placed outside. It is essential that all trash remains indoors to prevent bears and other wildlife from accessing the trash cans. If you are staying for an extended period, please utilize Buncombe County Waste for trash disposal. Please note that if we receive a report of a bear rummaging through the trash, there will be a charge for cleanup. *Guest access Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck are not tolerated. *We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay. *We allow you to bring up to two pets. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition. While all of our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside. ———————————————————- ** VERY IMPORTANT: If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below: No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens. Examples: Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ. Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night.
